Located across the lake from the Burj Khalifa, the project includes a new streetscape frontage, an entrance courtyard, and a podium amenity terrace. The robust design and structures are influenced by the tapered flat arches of the art deco-inspired architecture. Branch-like columns support pergolas recalling the forms of palms and lotuses common to the region while the colors and materials identify the project with the Burj Khalifa district.
