The sculptural park follies were inspired by the movement of water, the naturalistic landscape setting, and the neighboring industrial vernacular.

A visually permeable sculptural fence design enables views through the park and across the harbor from the street. Smaller follies are comprised of re-used harbor sea wall stone combined with twisted rebar to create small works of art and impromptu seating.
